I help organizations navigate complexity by transforming how leadership, culture, and decision-making actually work together.

My work sits at the intersection of enterprise transformation and human systems. I partner with senior leaders and executive teams to reduce friction, restore clarity, and build the internal capacity required for organizations to scale without burning people out or losing their integrity.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve led and advised large-scale transformation efforts across technology, biotech, and mission-driven organizations including McKinsey & Co., Genentech, Amgen, and Boehringer Ingelheim. My work has focused on integrating strategy, operations, culture, and leadership so that change is not just designed, but lived.

This has included:

• Supporting leaders through ambiguity, conflict, and rapid growth
• Holding senior stakeholders accountable to both results and integrity
• Helping teams navigate misalignment, escalation, and decision friction

Alongside this work, I coach senior leaders who are carrying increasing responsibility and complexity, helping them lead with clarity, steadiness, and coherence as their roles evolve.

My approach blends systems thinking, behavioral science, and human-centered design. I’m less interested in adding process and more interested in removing what gets in the way, unnecessary escalation, misalignment, fear-based decisions, and performative change, so that people and organizations can do their best work.
