Growth creates complexity
Getting the work, the structure, and the people moving together again.
Grow without breaking what works
Every growing company hits the same wall: the parts stop moving together. The operation runs at one speed, decisions lag behind, and the team isn't fully aligned.
Scaling well means getting three things back in sync: the work, the structure, and the people.
I've spent 25 years doing exactly that, an operator who has run the systems, built the structures, and led the people.
So your company grows, and the results hold.
THE WORK
How the business actually runs and delivers. I find where value leaks and rebuild the processes so the operation runs faster, cleaner, and ready to scale.
THE STRUCTURE
How decisions get made and who owns what. I build the operating rhythm, accountability, and clarity that growing companies need but rarely have.
THE PEOPLE
How your team thinks, behaves, and executes. I align leaders and teams and build the capability to carry the growth, not just survive it.

Real Operators. Real Results
I don't just advise on change. I've delivered it, with numbers that held.
Why I work across all three
For years I got the same feedback in every room.
In operations, I was told I was too focused on people. Among the coaches, too focused on process. Somewhere else, too structured. It took me a long time to understand I wasn't too much of any one thing. I was working all three levers at once, the work, the structure, and the people, in worlds built to value only one.
That's the work I do now, on purpose. I'm a chemical engineer who came up running operations, trained at McKinsey, and spent 25 years learning that no single lever holds alone. A great system with the wrong people fails. Great people with no structure burn out. I build across all three, so the change actually lasts after I leave.
Ways to work together
Most engagements start with a diagnostic, so we know which levers to pull before we touch anything.
What leaders say about results
“Erica led a site-wide transformation after our acquisition, across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality. We reduced process deviations by 40% and increased productivity by 70%, and created enough capacity to turn profitable. Her approach covered the technical Lean work, Value Stream Mapping, Takt Time, Standardized Work, and the human side, coaching and developing individuals, myself included.”
“Erica applied a Lean management approach to help me build a board deck covering financial performance, covenant compliance, safety, sales, product development, labor, and efficiency, and structure it along a clear story arc. She applied order to a complex, stressful situation. From our first call she understood my needs and was on my team.”
